(1) Where any person or enterprise does any act in contravention of this Act, any person who has the information of such contravention may make a complaint, accompanied by the information, proof or evidence that such person has to the Board or the market protection officer.
(2) Where any person making a complaint pursuant to Sub- section (1) wishes to keep his or her name secret, the name of such person shall
be kept secret.
